How does billing work?

At the beginning of each month, we'll bill you in advance for that month's number of anticipated lessons (1, 2 or 4). 

Any excused, cancelled lessons become credits on the following month's invoice; similarly, any lessons you take in addition to your regularly billed amount will be added to the following month's invoice.

Your invoice will be emailed to you by the 5th of each month, and are due within 20 days of receipt. We do charge a late fee of $10 on all past-due invoices.

To ensure that you receive your monthly invoice, please add the email address maildelivery@freshbooks.com to your email software's whitelist.
